No. You can't start, for instance, as an assassin in Prophecies.

You can however take a character into prophecies from another campaign. You'll end up in Lion's Arch, and you can just go to Ascalon from there, and play through as normal

Yes you can TheHarrowed but without a running build it will be a painfully slow process fighting your way from LA to Ascalon. Few people run it these days so you might want to get a runner on the forum in the services offered section before you concider bringing your canthan/elonian character to prophecies with the goal to reach Ascalon. I also want to give you some advice Elrad, you really should stick to the core professions when your not an experienced player (which you can't really be without having played trough every campaign at least) all cantha/elona specific professions, with ritualist as an exception to certain extend, are less versatile and harder to play then the core professions (my experience, this is debatable). I've had them all but in the end I enjoy my Warrior, Monk, Ranger and Necromancer most. Don't feel limited by the challenge any profession might have for you tho, the fun in Guildwars is to minimalize your professions weaknesses and maximize it's good parts.

Thanks for the help guys,
Thanks Jensyea for you comments on the matter. From what you have said i might take you advice and look in to the core professions first then, and see what happens from there. Thanks Sean |

An assassin in pre-searing. Technically impossible. Must be a TexMod/photoshop or some such thing.

It's highly unlikely to be a private server. You can TexMod skill icons like you can with everything else.

Well, another thing wrong with the pic is that the assassin is all alone. Like there's ever a moment when there's noone dancing under those stairs in their undies in presearing...

it is a private server no photoshopping done at all! im an IT college student and got bored and yes on the private server you have full ability to add ANY skill in the game, creature or player ones. Sadly I couldnt make combat actually work.
it looked wrong there because it was on my old spare PC and I had the graphics set to low if I remember correctly xD |
